Guiding Mama Bear is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 88-3942990) based in Decatur, TX, expanding access to chiropractic and holistic care for underserved families across Wise, Montague, and Jack Counties. On a cash-pay, sliding-scale model — with Medicaid families automatically placed at the lowest tier — we've supported 100+ chiropractic patients and help with two home births a year through our perinatal, pediatric, and first-responder care programs.

Utilizing the body’s natural ability to heal we adjust your body to deal with the pains that come about during this amazing process. Our adjustments to your body will help relieve the source of pain and re-center your nervous system bringing comfort and pain relief.
